How hospitality’s international brand playbook is being rewritten will be the theme of the evening’s pre-dinner discussion when we meet at Sea Containers House, South Bank, London on 16 September, 2024.

- Sunny Kooner, the British entrepreneur bringing New York’s Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer to London this year;
- Jemma Smoker, business franchise leader in the UK and Europe for the global phenomenon that is bubble tea brand Gong cha.
- Laura Irving, Chief Marketing Officer at JKS Restaurants who has been fundamental to the success of the organisation’s growth
