Be Inclusive Hospitality Spotlight Award winners revealed
The BIH Spotlight Awards were established to celebrate exceptional businesses and individuals from Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK hospitality, food, and drink sectors.
The evening celebrated winners across 15 categories, including Brand of the Year, Pub of the Year, Rising Star and People’s Choice Restaurant of the Year. Each of the winners have achieved remarkable accomplishments in their careers and organisations.
The judging panel for this year’s awards featured a distinguished group of hospitality leaders, including Nitisha Patel, Development Chef and founder of Nitisha Patel Food Consultancy; Mike Reid, Culinary Director of Rare Restaurants; Monica Berg, Co-Founder of Tayēr + Elementary; Peter Martin, Founder and Executive Director of Peach 20/20; Akwasi Brenya-Mensah, Chef and writer; and Joanne Sullivan, People Director at Rare Restaurants.
Lorraine Copes, founder of BIH said: "Once again, I have been absolutely blown away by the energy, vibrancy and collective celebration experienced at these awards.
