Top US restaurant entrepreneur to headline Peach 20/20
Jack is CEO and co-founder of Dallas-based FB Society, a multi-concept operation that has just been voted one of America’s Top 25 Restaurant Groups by Nation’s Restaurant News. But his reputation as an astute business operator goes beyond the world of hospitality. He is a national finalist for the 2023 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, having already picked up the title for the South West United States.
He and FB Society co-founder and chair Randy DeWitt have built an eclectic collection of concepts that range from food halls to taco stores to neighbourhood bars to upscale dining, with brands that include 60 Vines, Whiskey Cake, Ida Claire and Haywire.
“It’s an absolute privilege to have Jack join us for Peach 20/20,” says Peach 20/20 co-founder Peter Martin. “I’ve known Jack for a few years now and his drive, enthusiasm and generosity are infectious. He’s a natural leader, who effortlessly combines operational expertise with a genuinely creative eye.
“His advice to young entrepreneurs sums up his character: ‘Dream bigger and be prepared to work harder than you ever imagined’. That’s Jack Gibbons.”
Many in Britain will already know him through Peach’s Atlantic Club tours to the US, of which he’s a staunch supporter - but if you don’t and want to know what he’s all about, make sure you reserve your place at Peach 20/20.
Jack with be on stage for an exclusive head-to-head question and answer session at the Roundhouse on November 14. If you would like to register your interest please email vicki.wilson-lees@peach2020.com.
