Andy has worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades and has extensive experience in both the leased & tenanted and managed pub sectors.  Having started his career at Allied Domecq,  he subsequently held senior roles at Greene King Pub Partners,  Greene King’s Metropolitan Pub Co, and Brewhouse & Kitchen,  before joining Punch. Joining Punch as Managing Director of Operations and laterally taking the role of Chief Operating Officer, Andy has been focused on building the businesses multiply model capability, whilst ensuring Punch concentrated on partnering with the very best people, with people at the heart of every decision. 
 
Andy is a keen rugby fan. Along with colleagues from across the industry, he will again this year be taking on a cycling challenge, this time in Taiwan, to raise more than £300k for two fantastic charities – Only a Pavement Away and The Licensed Trade Charity.
