Gavin is CEO of Rosa’s Thai, having joined the then 10-strong business in 2017 to lead its growth. Since then the business has grown to more than 40 sites in the UK, and has opened several sites in the Middle East. He joined Rosa’s after 4 years at Wahaca, including 2 years as Commercial and Strategy Director. His earlier career saw him work in in a number of finance and advisory roles in the UK and the US before moving to the F&B world, initially as Finance Director of Ask Italian. He is a member of the Hospitality Sector Council Innovation Working Group and a member of YPO.
