Laurence has over 10 years’ experience working in sustainability with the past 3 years at Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company, which recently became Carlsberg Britvic, helping the UK business progress towards Carlsberg Group’s Together Towards ZERO & Beyond targets. In this role he has set up their regenerative farming programme, helped scale packaging innovation Snap Pack and reduced carbon emissions across sites.

He started his career at change agency Futerra and then onto consultancy Salterbaxter. He has worked with businesses to develop their sustainability strategies, communications and program development across various sectors from FMCG to fashion including P&G, BESTSELLER and ASDA.
