Miles Kirby is one of the co-founders of Caravan Restaurants, bringing a slice of his laid-back New Zealand roots to London’s eclectic dining scene. With a passion for bold, globally inspired flavours and a love of great coffee, Miles has helped shape Caravan into the go-to spot for all-day dining, where you can start with brunch and end with cocktails. 

Before starting Caravan, Miles worked in kitchens around the world, picking up inspiration from every corner. Together with Laura Harper-Hinton and Chris Ammermann, he’s grown Caravan into a much-loved restaurant group and coffee roastery, known for its inventive dishes, craft coffee, and sustainable ethos. Miles is all about creating food that’s big on flavour and bringing people together in a fun and relaxed way.
